北京華一康健國際醫院管理中心是一所集科研、培訓和咨詢為一體的跨學科學術機構。旨在通過開放發展、共享共贏、多專業視角的平臺,完成更高水平的綜合性知識集結,致力于中國醫療衛生事業的改革與發展。中心主要職能是有效采集有關信息為政府有關部門制定政策、法規、標準、規范提供必要的科學依據;同時,為中國的醫院管理實踐服務,提供專題研究、成果轉化、教育培訓、管理咨詢、運營分析、技術協作等工作。

北京華一康健國際醫院管理中心成長于中國醫療衛生體制改革的浪潮,聚集一批杰出的醫學教育專家、醫院管理專家、衛生經濟學專家、醫院建筑和設計專家等中青年專家學者,以推動中國醫院職業化管理進程和提高中國醫院職業化管理水平為己任,以建立適合中國國情的現代醫院管理制度,構建科學化、專業化、職業化醫院運營管理體系為目標,按照“小機構、大網絡”的原則,立足于中國醫療衛生體制機制改革理論研究與實踐應用。
